AssetX Trading Championship is a high-intensity live trading simulation organised by MarkFin in collaboration with Helix. The event challenges participants to navigate a dynamic and volatile market environment using strategy, speed, and analytical thinking. Teams are given a virtual capital of ₹1,00,000 and must build the most valuable portfolio across six competitive rounds of crypto asset trading. With constantly changing market conditions, simulated crashes, and insider insights, participants must make quick buy/sell decisions under strict time constraints. The competition not only tests financial acumen but also emphasizes teamwork, risk management, and decision-making under pressure, replicating real-world trading scenarios in an engaging format.

Rules & Regulations

  • Participation is strictly in teams; individual entries are not allowed.
  • Each team starts with a virtual capital of ₹1,00,000.
  • The event consists of 6 rounds of trading.
  • Only BUY or SELL actions are allowed (no passive holding).
  • All decisions must be submitted within the given time limit for each round.
  • Late submissions will not be considered.
  • Real-time market changes (e.g., crashes, insider tips) will be introduced.
  • Leaderboards will be updated after key rounds.
  • Judges’ and organisers’ decisions are final and binding.
  • Rules may be modified by organisers with prior notice.

Shortlisting Criteria

  • Teams must complete prior registration to participate.
  • Selection (if required) will be based on:
    • Timely registration
    • Team eligibility and completeness
    • First-come-first-serve basis (due to limited slots ~100 participants)
